I saw stars in my dream. What does it mean?
Seeing stars in a dream is interpreted in the Islamic tradition of dream interpretation as family members, respected people, scholars and guides who show the way. In the Quran, the eleven stars in the dream of the Prophet Yusuf (Joseph) pointed to his brothers; so stars often represent one's close circle.
The symbols in your dream
A sky full of bright stars: Peace within the family, respected friends and a bright period.
Stars coming close to you: Being valued by those around you, rising in standing.
A shooting star: Sudden news or an opportunity.
Gathering stars: Coming together with knowledge, honour or good people.
Stars going out: A worry about someone close, or a temporary dark period.
Seeing stars in a dream: other variations
Holding a star in your hand in a dream: Points to a bright future, career, rise and an honourable child.
Stars lighting your way in a dream: Points to wealth and enjoying life.
Seeing a starry night in a dream: Points to dreams coming true and prayers being answered.
Stars gathering in your house in a dream: Points to respected people gathering around you.
In short
A star dream is mostly about your loved ones and the people who guide you. If the stars were bright and close, it points to good developments in your family and your circle. As in the story of the Prophet Yusuf, a good dream should not be told to people who might feel envy.
