A building collapsing in a dream: what does it mean in Islam?

A building collapsing in a dream points to affairs going wrong. Buildings represent the life a person will live in the future; sound, beautiful buildings are interpreted as good and collapsing buildings as setbacks.

The symbols in your dream

• A building collapsing: Points to your plans or affairs faltering.
• Coming out of a collapsed building alive: Points to getting through a loss and recovering.
• Seeing tall, sound buildings: Points to a good life you will reach in the future.
• Buildings being painted white: Points to rising and a bright future.
• A wall of your house collapsing: It is a warning of someone at home falling ill.

In short

A collapsing-building dream reminds you that your affairs may hit a setback in the coming period. If you came out of the rubble or saw new buildings in the dream, you will build a firmer order after this setback. Building your plans on solid foundations is the main message of this dream.

Advice

• Do not let go of caution in important matters, and review your plans.
• Seek refuge in Allah from the harm of the dream and do not tell it to anyone.
• Give charity as you are able; charity wards off misfortune.

Allah knows best the truth of dreams.
