You
I dreamed that I was praying. What does it mean?
Praying salah in a dream is considered one of the most beautiful dreams in the Islamic tradition of dream interpretation: it is interpreted as firmness in faith, reaching your wishes, a debt being paid and release from a hardship. Whether the prayer was completed and whether you faced the qibla affect the meaning.
The symbols in your dream
Completing the prayer with humility: A matter ending in goodness, reaching your wish and peace of heart.
Praying in congregation: Joining a good community, unity and helping one another.
Leading the prayer as imam: Being someone people trust and taking on responsibility.
Leaving the prayer unfinished: Something started but not completed; a matter to be finished with patience.
Making wudu and standing for prayer: Purification, repentance and worries leaving.
Praying salah in a dream: other variations
Praying the Friday prayer in a dream: Points to near relief, reunion with a loved one and income increasing.
Praying the Eid prayer in a dream: Points to debt being paid, the sick healing and moving from hardship to ease.
Praying the noon prayer in a dream: Points to a need being met and success in your affairs.
Praying the afternoon prayer in a dream: Points to ease coming after hardship.
Being unable to find the qibla in a dream: Points to uncertainty in a religious matter; consult someone knowledgeable.
Crying during prayer in a dream: Points to troubles ending and happiness returning.
In short
A prayer dream is mostly a reflection of your closeness to Allah and your inner peace. The dream is glad tidings that your prayers will be accepted and your affairs will become easier. If you could not finish the prayer, the dream is a gentle invitation to complete a worship or task you have postponed.

The afternoon (asr) prayer: Ease after hardship

The Eid prayer: Debts paid, the sick healed, moving from hardship to ease
A voluntary prayer: Growth in faith and holding to the Sunnah
