You
I saw a knife in my dream. What does it mean?
Seeing a knife in a dream most often points to hostility; throwing or hurling a knife is resentment and enmity. In the classical interpretation, though, a knife is proof and argument; for a single person it is a spouse, and holding a knife in a lawsuit is interpreted as being proven right.
The symbols in your dream
- Seeing a knife: Points to hostility with a relative, a neighbour or someone around you.
- Throwing a knife: It is a warning of resentment and enmity forming within you.
- Holding a knife during a lawsuit: Points to being proven right and your evidence being accepted.
- A single person getting a knife: Points to marriage.
- Cutting something with a knife: Points to earning wealth and money.
- A knife piercing the heart: It is a warning of harm coming to you or your loved ones.
In short
A knife dream can be both a warning and glad tidings, depending on the situation. If the knife was aimed at someone or stabbed you, you need to be careful about a hostility around you. If you used the knife rightly in a case or a task, your rightness will come to light and you will gain.
Advice
- Do not let hurts grow; calm hostility with patience and kind words.
- If you have a case, secure your evidence and leave the outcome to Allah.
- Seek refuge in Allah from the harm of the dream and do not tell it to anyone.
Allah knows best the truth of dreams.
